 Follow the Following steps..

Open 'RUN' and type "regedit" and hit enter

On the left side of the window navigate to the following,

HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software / Microsoft / Windows / Current Version / Internet Setting

on the right side of the window examine that whether there  "MaxConnectionsPerServer and MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server" present or not ,If it is not present Do the following.

IF IT IS NOT PPRESENT

Right click on the window and select " NEW / DWORD VALUE" and name it MaxConnectionsPerServer and double click it to view its properties ,and on the "Value data"

tab type a number (0-99). The highest the number, Maximum The speed.  

Again, make a another new DWORD VALUE and name it as MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server and double click it to view its properties ,and on the "Value data"

tab type a number (0-99). The highest the number, Maximum The speed.
